Lowkey was engaged to transform both the interiors of this Miami apartment and its expansive rooftop, turning the property into a cohesive retreat designed for daily living and entertaining.

The apartment renovation focused on enhancing spatial flow and elevating finishes throughout. A minimalist palette was paired with rich material details to create a calm and modern atmosphere. The kitchen was reconfigured using Reform cabinetry and newly installed marble countertops, balancing utility with elegance. Polished nickel plumbing fixtures, updated recessed lighting, and custom modern wood baseboards brought a clean, tailored finish to every room.

The rooftop serves as a natural extension of the apartment, offering distinct zones for relaxation and entertaining, with elements like a built-in grill, bar seating, and lush plantings.
