Lowkey was engaged to assist with the redesign of the facade of a building in Brooklyn. After multiple probes it was determined that the existing brick facade had been incorrectly installed on the existing substrate and needed to be removed and replaced.

Our studio worked with the tenants and contractor to coordinate mock-ups and ensure that the re-installation of the new facade would be watertight and structurally sound.
